Earn a Midwest States Flannel after three years of running & finishing, or volunteering at the race.

Rules:

  • Run race & finish

  • Volunteer at the race

  • After three years you get a flannel

  • We give you a chevron with the color that corresponds to what you did each year.

Chevrons

  • Red chevron for 100 mile finish

  • Orange chevron for 100k finish

  • Green chevron for 50k finish

  • Yellow chevron for volunteer

  • Brown chevron for year one finishers and volunteers
