The Alumni Aid Station was born after our inaugural Midwest States, when a group of runners who had fallen in love with this course decided they wanted to come back and take care of the runners who came after them.

Because if you’ve run Midwest States, you understand the relationship with this course. Love. Hate. Love. 😂

Since year two, Brad Gorski and friends have made the Alumni Aid Station a tradition.

Their philosophy is simple: runners serving runners.

They’ve been there. They understand what it takes to get through these miles, and they’re there to do everything they can to make your adventure fun and successful.

There’s something pretty special about being taken care of by people who know exactly what you’re going through because they’ve traveled those same trails themselves. 💚
